When you find a suitable accommodation click on the button "SEND REQUEST”.
In order to process Your request please fill out all required fields with all
information requested. Upon receipt of Your request the agency will check the
availability of the selected accommodation unit and will get back to You within
24 hours. An invoice with the total price will be sent to Your e-mail address
with all clearly stated costs. For the reservation confirmation, it is
necessary to pay an advance of 30% of the total price. The payment has to be
made in accordance with payment methods listed on our website. The rest of the
amount has to be paid in the agency upon arrival. If you want, You can pay the
full amount in advance.
In accommodation units where there is a possibility for "ONLINE
BOOKING" it is possible to make a direct booking. "ONLINE
BOOKING" is possible only for reservations with a minimum stay of 7 nights
and for reservations from Saturday to Saturday. By clicking on the button
"ONLINE BOOKING" system will guide You through the online booking
form. Price has already been calculated, You only need to fill out the required
information and choose the payment method. After the payment, Your reservation
will become valid.
Air-condition is not included in the price. For air-condition You can pay upon
Your arrival directly in our agency if You wish to use it.
To confirm a reservation an advance payment is required which is 30% of the
total price.
After
the payment an e-mail will be sent to Your e-mail address with all the
necessary information regarding the accommodation unit You booked. Voucher -
final confirmation of Your reservation will also be sent to Your e-mail
address.
